    Together we choose the design language, the architectural approach, and the success criteria. No imposed house style.

    Roadmap

    You get a clear, written plan: scope, phases, milestones, decisions. Before any production code is written.

    Build

    I ship in tight iterations against the roadmap, with code and UI you can review at every step.

Grafta

Problem
Admin eats Irish tradespeople's evenings — quotes, invoices, jobs, receipts and compliance scattered across paper, chats and spreadsheets.
Built
The business app for Irish tradespeople. Speak a voice note from the van and Grafta drafts the quote, invoice or job — admin handled before you get home.
Outcome
Tradespeople reclaim their evenings: quotes, invoices, jobs, receipts and compliance, all from your phone.

Mountain Lodge Mechanical Services

Problem
An outdated brochure site the team couldn't update themselves, with no clear path from visit to enquiry.
Built
A new brand-led marketing site on Next.js, with Sanity giving the team editor control and Resend routing enquiries straight to inbox.
Outcome
The team publishes updates without a developer in the loop; enquiries land cleanly with full context.

Problem
A bright, family-focused party business with no web presence to match the in-person energy.
Built
A bold, playful Next.js site with Sanity behind it so the owner can update offerings, and Resend handling party-booking enquiries.
Outcome
A site that matches the brand's energy and stays out of the owner's way when something needs to change.

I'm Paddy Darcy, a senior full-stack developer shipping applications, websites, integrations, and CRMs. My stack centers on .NET on the backend and React + TypeScript on the front — with a serious commitment to clean UI and clean architecture.

What sets the work apart isn't a signature aesthetic — I deliberately don't have one. My real strength is the process: a consultative, collaborative approach where we uncover your goals, define a direction together, and put a clear roadmap on the table before a single line of production code gets written. You leave with clarity, not guesswork.

Common shapes of work I take on include CMS builds, static sites, full applications, and custom CRMs — but those are examples, not a closed list. The design language and architecture adapt to the brief, not the other way around.
